Honey BBQ Chicken Wings

This is the best honey BBQ chicken wings ever. It is easy to make, tastes great and the meat just drops right off the bone. It is perfect for dinner or appetizer!

Ingredients :

15-16 chicken wings

3 tsp paprika

2 tsp crushed pepper

2 tsp chopped garlic

1 tbsp soy sauce

Salt to taste

Wash , cut in to two section ( without wing tip ) and pat dry the chicken wings with paper towels.

In a mixing bowl, add the chicken wings, salt, garlic ( chopped ), paprika, soy sauce, crushed pepper. Mix together until wings are fully coated.

let it rest for 30 mins.

Flour mixture :

1/2 cup flour

1/4 cup cornflour

1 tbsp Paprika

1 tbsp Garlic powder

2 tsp Crushed pepper

In another bowl, combine flour, chili powder, salt, pepper, paprika, and garlic powder. Coat the wings in the flour evenly, shaking off any excess.

Fry the wings in batches until they're golden brown and crispy. 3-4 mins each side.

Drain chicken wings on paper towels.

Sauce:

1/4 cup BBQ sauce

2 tbsp Honey

1 tsp Vinegar

2 tsp Chopped garlic

2 tbsp Butter

1 tbsp Soy sauce

2 tbsp Hot Chili sauce

1 tbsp tomato sauce

Salt to taste

My easy sauce is made by mixing together honey, ketchup, hot sauce, bbq sauce, butter and garlic .

heat the pan over low medium melt the butter and add garlic.

then add the BBQ sauce, honey and ketchup. Mix the sauce ingredients together and bring to a simmer, then reduce the heat to low and allow to simmer for about 10 minutes.

add the fried wings to the sauce. coat them evenly and toss some spring onions.

You could brush the sauce onto both sides of the wings, but I find this method to be much easier.

garnish with sesame seeds. cool them and serve.

Enjoy !!
